Dawn Bailey-Elbourne - Interim Executive Director

Dwan Bailey New Life Girls' Home - Ministry CoordinatorDawn joined New Life in August 2011 as Ministry Coordinator. She moved on to Program Coordinator in 2016, and then in May of 2017 Dawn took on the position as Interim Executive Director. Dawn has served in ministry work for 25 years with youth and their families. She previously served at Welcome Hall Mission in Montreal, Toronto City Mission, Music Pastor at First Alliance Church in Scarborough and Fresh Start School in Colchester, England. Dawn seeks to empower the lives of young women and point them to Jesus.

Debbie McLean - House & Ministry Coordinator

Debbie joined New Life in Sept 2016 as Ministry Coordinator. She lives in Quinte West and is a wife, Mom, Grandma, Singer/Songwriter and Disciple of Jesus. Debbie previously, worked for Sun Life Financial and helped organize the Faith And Hope Ministries Conference. She loves to share God's love through music and has as organized and performed at numerous fundraising concerts and churches in the area. Debbie, has taken on more responsibilities at New Life and is now both House and Ministry Coordinator.

Tennille McDonald - Admin and Development

Tennille started with New Life in May 2017. She brings with her 16 years of administrative experience. Tennille was born and raised in Kitchener/Waterloo. After  feeling the need to be obedient to God’s plan, Tennille and her husband of  22 years relocated to beautiful Prince Edward County in July 2016. Tennille has had a heart for New Life Girls' Home for some time, and is blessed be part of the team.

Melody Nash - Hospitality  Coordinator

Melody joined the team at New Life In November 2016. As Hospitality Coordinator she plans and organizes the meals, and is the first to greet you at the door. Melody is originally from the Newmarket area and moved with her family to the Quinte/Prince Edward County area in 2009. She belongs to the missions board at her church as worked with local area Christian outreach programs.
